If you can combo up to 60, it's guaranteed 6 IV. if you can't go that far, try to get to a 4+ chain and find a female. that'll start you with 3 IVs and you can breed from there. Replace your original with a 4 IV daughter when you have one, and breed her with a 3-4 IV son, then gradually step up to 5. eventually, you will get to a point where you regularly breed 5-6 IV offspring. then just take a female from that. Use everstones to get the right nature and destiny knots to retain better IVs.
