But 70 speed is perfect for Adaptability + Overcharge sets.
Any set without Overcharge should be carrying Volt Tackle with a +attack/-speed nature and Analytic.
Volt Tackle/Overheat/Dragon Claw has flawless Neutral coverage, since we have no Ground/Steel types, and even going by Gen 6 mechanics, it's not likely a Ground/Fairy type or other Fairy that resists Electric will exist.
Analytic also boosts its Volt Switches if it goes for a slow Special set (aka a Pivot), as well as Sub Focus Punches.
While its unlikely Chameleohm will ever survive an Earthquake from a strong physical attacker, or STAB EQ even from weaker 'mons, its Special Bulk is pretty impressive.
The problem is Chameleohm will always be outclassed by a lot of other Electric types. Baboom and Cerebrulb specifically.
Orbatom doesn't count due to playing a completely different role.

Averaging these together may give you somewhere in a huge possible range depending upon the distribution of these types of people. My understanding was that outliers were simply ignored, however this also presents problems. The tin soldier Comossus guy may have been an outlier but his perception was a perfectly valid (stupid, but valid) response to the question of height yet his opinion is simply discarded. Then, you may ask what are we to do with the influence of outliers on averages if we don't throw them out. The answer is we don't fucking average, The average of several different perceptions does not give you a common or even compromise perception when the different things that people suggest are so isolated and unbending to combination with other concepts.
At this point there are several things that we can do. The least that you can do is use a median instead of an average. This may give heights drastically taller or shorter than the average but it presents a middle ground result that actually matches a real perception somebody has. Ideally we resurvey with a new procedure in mind. In my opinion it would be best if we gathered all the different categories being presented for each pokemon and assign height ranges to each. Then we survey the popularity of each category ranked. We then vote on a height based upon the winning basis and within the winning category range. A middle ground response that still could work is to simply have primary survey saying,"Is this pokemon over/under 6ft?" or some other height maybe as low as 4 ft.

Jaguile is plenty stylized. It has the shoulder flaps, simplified lines, and instead of random spots, it has a line of regular circles going down it's side. It's one of the best sprites we have.

Learn to make a tileset (it's easy as fuck) and grab stuff from the Dropbox and other places (it's all fair game. You can even grab specific tiles from the big tileset if you really want to) and you'll be just fine.

Personally, I think anything possible for the 'mon to be doing in its art should be official. I.e., proportions can be slightly modified but anatomical changes not.
As for if the new Pounther is too thin, its arguable because the art doesnt really show, but its got a round back but your sprite stays true to it. All in all 9/10 sprite
