It bothers me more that they made two separate high-BP Special moves for the Fairy type. Why have both? Moonblast should have been 90 BP and have been the TM, while Dazzling Gleam be brought down to 40 BP and made a priority move or something.

It gets them. Just not through any way other than breeding.
Inversely, if Dragon Dance STAB recoilless Head Smash came out it would massively give Tyrantrum some well-deserved usage. It's a shame that a lot of Pokemon with amazing HAs don't have them yet. i.e, Sheer Force Feraligatr, Contrary Serperior, Adaptability Dragalge
Also I love M-Aerodactyl. Does no one take advantage of STAB Tough Claws-boosted Sky Drop?
