You're right. I checked the info on this Cyber gadget save editor and they don't rely on any game mod just a japanese region free 3DS with retail cartridge. GF should have made checks for impossible stats in the game. Pretty much any random IV calculator on the internet supports checking for impossible stats.

GF is 100% to blame for this

Kaphotics already created PKhex, so that's our save editor for english. We just need Datel to allow us to keep decrypted saves locally so we can edit them and send them back to get resigned.

I never said that though. In past gens, because of the ease of genning, it wasn't really an advantage. If you wanted to gen you could with wifi and whatever common cheat devices that were available.

That's the only thing that's holding us back. I can already decrypt and inject mons on my save. It's getting Datel to sign it that's my problem. They reject anything that's been edited by checking AES MAC now.

No, they actualy make that to rebalance the game.
Even with new tutors on ORAS there isn't guarantee that all will be back neither that the pokemon will learn the same tutors that they once learned on past gens.
