Why the hell is Diancie a legendary and not just thrown in as an evolved Carbink? Carbink is a shit tier pokemon and having that evolution would have made it's evolutionary line relevant instead of being a random shitmon you have to catch for dex. Any arguments for GameFreak's logic? Or at least a rationalization?
