The model was fine.

It just looked like they didn't bother to alter its standing pose much from the T-pose. A lot of pokemon suffered from this - not just Delphox.

Greninja had a nice dynamic pose while Chesnaught and Delphox just stood there. That's one thing that pokemon stadium did right though - was the poses - I mean Mankey was in a fighting stance, Poliwrath was flexing a lot, Jumpluff was bouncing along wiggling its pompom hands...

Beedrill, Venomoth, and Volcarona all have wings after evolving from their grounded forms, and yet they still kept the same dual-typing. GF just said fuck it with Gen III, and made Surskit and Nincada lose their unique typing to stick with the trademark Bug/Flying. Not sure if Ninjask would have been any better with ground typing, but like Masquerain, it was such a waste of making the mon unique.

Beedrill, Venomoth, and Volcarona are only not Flying typing because you can't have three and their old types (Bug, Poison) were still appropriate. There is literally no reason for a bug that left the water and just flies off to keep the typing. You are honestly blinded by the lack of unique typing, it's a cute line and it makes sense.

Once we get a fully evolved Bug/Water type in the future, I'll agree. But GF missed an opportunity with Surskit and who knows when we'll see that type combo again. 3 generations in, and still nothing.

I'm surprised Porygon2 wasn't mentioned. Porygon-Z looks more like a Mega Porygon2 rather than an actual evo.
