Water Shuriken Cloyster would be banned to ubers so fucking fast. Ice Shard is already pretty fucking potent as a priority move for Cloyster as it stands, but having STAB 75 BP priority that's faster than even Talonflame after a boost would be ludicrous. It would be the return of Rotom-W as the #1 used mon in OU.

Probably won't happen, but I'd like Kyurem to get Freeze-Dry.
Actually, I'd like all Ice-types to get Freeze-Dry, but it probably won't happen.

Maybe we can get a tutor for Parting Shot? I loved the move when I found out about it, but was sort of sad when I found out only Pangoro could learn it (although Pangoro is pretty cool)
