Team Plasma began their attack on the Pokemon League. Black rushed to N's Castle to battle N while all the Gym Leaders (minus the Striaton Trio), Elite 4, and various side characters battled the Sages and Grunts. The Striaton Trio were battling the Shadow Triad at the P2 Labs. The Swords of Justice appeared and ended up kicking the Triad's asses.

The two of them have a surprisingly touching moment in that Black reveals that had Team Plasma not f*cked everything up and he won the League properly, he would've shown off the BW Agency logo like he had promised her months ago.

With Zekrom gone, Reshiram starts to revert back into the Light Stone, creating a mini tornado as it does so. However, Ghetsis uses a Beeheeym's Psychic to hurl Black into the tornado before Teleporting away. As a result, Black ends up sealed inside the Light Stone along with Reshiram.

That night, all the Grunts that didn't get arrested due to them staying deep within the Castle quickly make preparations to leave as they know they can't stay. A ten-year old Faitsu asks her mom what they're going to do. Anthea and Concordia give her a Foongus, one of N's closest Pokemon, as well as a locket with N's picture inside. After packing up, the grunts sneak out into the night.
