This move has been awful since Gen 1 and some Pokemon learn it at high levels. Why does GF do this?

That's what Body Slam is for. It's still got shit accuracy, but it's much better than Slam and has a sizable chance to inflict paralysis.

The real question is, why does Synchronoise exist? Or Razor Wind? Slam is mostly included for NPCs who need a strongish move at level 20-40. Ingame at that level, 70 base power is decent.

I guess Kecleon could run it in a gimmicky set. At least the BP was raised to 120, so if it hits it could be okay.

Noctowl could conceivably run it as well. There are enough flying Pokémon out there that he could hit SOMETHING.

Hypno could... Iono, hit Medicham... on the switch? Haha.

Extremely gimmicky, but I have no problem with it.

It's a good move. I run it on my Power Herb Yveltal.

Just kidding. It's utter shit. GF fixed its accuracy, but for a two turn normal move to be worth it, BP would need to be closer to 160.
