So I catch this little fucker in a safari. It's shiny with jolly nature. But it has prankster as an ability.

Is there any use of prankster Lucario? EV spread? Viable moveset?

You set up your hazards, make sure smogonbird and faster pranksters are out of the way, switch in when your opponent makes his switch, use Roar, Riolu hangs on their Focus sash, then use Copycat however long you'd like.
Copycat has increased priority in this situation. Can't guarantee it always works but it's good for keks and ragequits.
