Stomp, Steamroller, Body Slam, Dragon Rush, Flying Press, and Phantom Force all hit minimise users for double damage and never miss.
Tough shit if they use double team though! That and only one of those moves will ever be seen. (body slam)

dare I say though, swift on sylveon may be workable as a spread move.Physical never miss moves are nearly 100% outclassed by some other move in the physical mons arsenal. You used to see aeriel ace in gens 3 and 4 when the amount of moves available was smaller. Nowadays, any good pokemon has a better option. Besides, what the fuck do you plan on hurting with a 60 BP move on a physical pokemon?
Aura sphere is the exception, but it has retardedly low distro.
Evasion is just no fun.
