No, they added the Eusine story - one of the only differences between G/S and C - to the games to flesh out what is otherwise an extremely barren game.
Ruby and Sapphire have a story, and it is one significantly different to Emerald. Steven is the champion in Ruby and Sapphire, he is confirmed to be the champion in ORAS.
I hope the janitors/mods start looking at these idiotic bait threads in the same way they look at the Ralph Wiggum threads and the Goodra threads.
