I just caught a Caterpie in Santalune Forest on Pokemon X, but bulbapedia says they're not available there. What?

Bulbapedo has a X/Y walkthrough? Well TIL. Tbh X/Y are so easy they don't need a walkthrough, except for the mega stones.
