How the fuck do you guys can handle the SUPER slow gameplay of the pokemon games?

I mean, getting on a wild pkmn and tolerate 20 seconds of making A FUCKING TAIL WHIP GOD DAMN IT.

I really think the developers should dynamize the gameplay because it turns really boring at some point.
