I never got far in the battle frontier in emerald. Mainly because I wasn't into competitive battling until gen 4.

Ugh I was doing so well yesterday, but then a fucking Dewgong With horn drill and fucking sheer cold killed 2 of my pokes with complete blind fucking luck. Like holy shit. It's the the AI was rubbing it in, by first KOing with horn drill followed by a sheer cold on the next. Fucking bullshit.

The farthest I got was to battle 37 in Platinum. I remember my starting choices being total shit and getting straight tanked by Registeel and Entei.

The worst I've exlerienced really was Thorton's complete bullshit team of Moltres, Latias and Marowak. Not that Latias wasn't enough to sweep my team by itself or anything, but hey.
