It's Sassy nature with HP, Defense, and Speed IVs, egg moves destiny bond, confuse ray, memento, and encore, ability is synchronize, and it's in a dive ball.

This is largely because I was actually going for Gallade. Also while sassy isn't that bad as Gardevoir's special defense isn't that low, it's really not the best nature either, particularly with the speed reduction.

For an offensive Gardevoir you'd probably want modest (+sp.att, -att) or timid (+speed, -att).
