I've won with it on my joke Beat Up team on Showdown.

It's not impossible to stall out 5 turns with protect and substitute, but it's still pretty bad.

Rotom-W does a really good job at surprising the Nips, especially with volt turn. I also usually use talonflame but get this; instead of its usual ability flame body, I use its hidden ability, gale wings! I know its crazy, but with gale wings it can use aerial ace to do massive damage! As for an item I use toxic orb for to combat trick users. also use a very secret master strategy that I made up with Skarmory and Blissey. I call it "skarmbliss" very sneaky, much surpise

Yeah, I've done it in Free Battle Triples. Lead with Whimsicott, Terrakion, and a Tailwind user. Destroys noob uber teams.

I wouldn't consider using it in Rated Battles, its predictable and easy to either disrupt the set-up or just have a Wide Guard user.
