Not sure about Fletchling, but Misdreavus is genuinely a problem. Very little that can come in on it and not get trashed.

The reason why I chose natu was because it's the only magic bounce user in the tier. While it doesn't help against drilbur since mold breaker, I can usually lead chinchou and HPump against it
if they don't lead with drilbur, I'm at least sure that it'll get damaged by some u-turn or something and be in kill range for any attack

I deal with sturdy users like onix and dwebble with a u-turn (so it doesn't bring them under 50%) and a switch into natu: if they used SR/spikes/whatever, then it's win for me: if they used rock blast, well, natu is dead, but their hazards user had sturdy broken
