Also, without sub, it's extremely vulnerable to status. A burn makes it even more garbage, it can be phased out at any point of the game barring a late game sweep, and it's NOT EVEN THAT POWERFUL
As far as late game sweepers go, it's only got one thing going for it: 160 attack.
There are much better options in UU with better coverage, that can actually come in before the last 10 turns of the game.
Examples are Haxorus, Lucario, Alakazam, Darmanitan, Porygon Z, Hydreigon, etc. These things can be given choice items to make them more powerful or faster, they all get better coverage, Lucario can swords dance and has priority, etc.
All of these things are just as good as post-slow-start regigas, without having to waste 5 turns.
