Protect/detect/King sheild and spiky shield all have 8pp maxed
Sub only has 15pp maxed
any self healing move has 8pp maxed this doesn't apply to wish and heal pulse since they can heal other Pokemon
All abilities can be cancelled out
Trick room reverses priority and gets an item to lengthen it.
Also explosion has 500BP and cleans out all hazards/screens/subs/terrains
Confusion halves special attack

It would be a hella viable defensive typing, and it couldn't be burned or poisoned. Or you could try and set up with it on an offensive set and sweep/baton pass.
Why wouldn't you want a fire/poison mon?

Dark becomes SE against Fairy while still being weak to it.
Knock Off knock offs Mega Stones if they haven't been used.
Knock Off gets its bonus damage against items that can't be knocked off.
Mega Evolving takes a full turn.
Heal Pulse can heal the user for half of the user's health. It now heals like Wish on other Pokemon where half of the user's health is the amount healed.
Rock strikes Electric-types Super Effectively.
Rock/Ground-types have Solid Rock built in by default.
Boosts and Debuffs stack up to 12 but each individual boost and/or debuff is only half as effective.
Stealth Rock only gets a 1.5x boost on SE mons and a 2.25x boost on Ultra SE mons.
Pangoro gets buffed (this one is the most important).

When opponent use protect all bad things like recoil or stat fall still happen to attacker.
suddenly protect will be good for singles too.

When Pokemon is sleeping or is frozen every attack will hit it.

If Pokemon is confused instead of just attacking itself it chooses target of its attack randomly- Usefull in doubles.

Using an attack on sleeping or frozen Pokemon makes it more likely to thaw out/wake up.

Rock throw and Smack down are united as one attack. Rock throw- 70pwr 90acc 10pp
Removes the effects of Magnet Rise and Telekinesis. Makes its target vulnerable to Ground-type moves and Arena Trap even if it is Flying-type or has Levitate. This effect lasts until the affected Pokémon switches out.
Items cant be used if Pokemon is asleep or frozen
