Grass types have great coverage. Most have Sludge Bomb to hit those pesky Grass types that resist their STAB.

Most of the retyped fairies and Xerneas(obviously) have anti-Poison and Steel coverage. Just look at Granbull's movepool

I don't think many fairies can do jack shit against steel-types, there are only a few.
Most of them do have psychic attacks, though.

That just leaves Whimsicott, Florges, Aromatisse, Carbink, Klefki and Diancie. Plus Sylveon and Dedenne, because loldig. Although Dedenne's not going to have to worry about Steel types resisting its Fairy moves becuase it doesn't have any Fairy moves to use to begin with.
