I have a jap game and jap 3DS, had to import a copy of Y and the Cyber Gadget.

The device does cart reading differently (it doesn't talk to servers to get the read commands like Powersaves does) so all supported games have to be supported by the exe; only Japanese copies of the game are included. Only time will tell.

Correct. Always remember that there are hack checks for WiFi trades/battle videos, which is why absurd illegal stuff can't be spread.

Good thing that PKHeX is constrained a bit to help create legal stuff, as the new PKX format is pretty lengthy.

I don't think there's a consensus but I tried Assault Vest with Diamond Storm, Moonblast, Psychic and HP Fire with some success. It can tank multiple Solar Beams from Charizard Y at least.

I'm just looking to make use out of regular Diancie at this point in time, and since the only one /vp/ has is that Adamant one Lopunny brought here from the pre-screening. The Tank Diancie on Smogon is the probably the best route for that right now.

Hey OP if you're still here I'm curious as to what a pokemon with an index number of 00 would be like. In Gen V it was a circle with a question mark so is like to see what it's like in 3D

I went with 252 EVs in speed/Sp.A ind 6 in Sp.D. If people want different spreads they can use berries, and this way it's competitive out-of-the-box.

This thing to everyone's satisfaction?

Also...I made a mistake earlier. M-EVOs CAN mega evolve. Going to post a video in a sec. (My mistake was I hadn't unlocked mega evolution yet. Duh.)
