I really liked Rowan because he actually did stuff during the story and was kind of a hardass at first. He actually had a character.

Rowan actually had some character development, unlike Elm or Birch who just rubbed their dicks all over you at the beginning of the game and never spoke to you. Birch was too retarded to even fight off a Zigzagoon.

I just like the idea of Sycamore looking up to Rowan, Oak and Juniper as his mentors. Always trying to bring them his next flamboyant thesis while talking with Birch and Elm about what it was like for them adjusting to Professor-hood.
