Hey guys, it's Glaceon again, my ign will be Porygon since Im using a different 3ds so I don't have to delete everyone in my main one. Today I'll be doing a shiny jirachi giveaway! There's a small catch though. It won't be a gts giveaway since Jirachi can't be traded over gts, and it will take a lot longer since I have to add everyone. I have 120 jirachis to giveaway, so first come first served!

Jirachi is power saved to be shiny. I don't have the real event yet, but I tested it earlier and the power saved jirachi is tradeable over wifi. If you don't want a hacked jirachi, thats fine with me, don't ask for one.

Rules:
