With 100/150/120 defenses, it's physically bulkier than a Skarmory with full HP investment and 0 def, and the sandstorm boost means amazing special defense of 407 UNINVESTED. The +10 to speed is also fucking choice. It's the reason M-Tyranitar is one of the best Dragon Dancers around.
