You've got something that, with an Adamant nature, outspeeds like 98% of the unscarfed meta, has over 400 base attack, and after Tough Claws and STAB is firing off a move with almost 300BP. Oh, and it gets Hone Claws.
It'd be like giving Garchomp Dragon Dance. One turn of setup and then he just OHKOs everything.
