I don't know how you couldn't understand this. You rate the gens from first to last who had the best starters, then each one individually on a scale of 1-10, I thought that was pretty obvious..

This is a dumb setup, but the top you highlight the number with the color corresponding to gen. For example, if you think gen 4 is best overall, fill box one with orange.

The bottom is just an unnecessarily colored scale.

The gens and pokemon are rated differently. you put the gens in order, for FUCKING EXAMPLE if you think gen 3 had the best starters, you'd full out the box with "1" with green because that's the fucking color of gen 3, then the box that has the god damned 2 in it would be colored whatever the fuck you think is the second best gen for starters

then you rate the fucking pokemon from 1-10

why is this so hard?
