It would make things with volt switch and u turn almost mandatory for most team types. It would probably get banned to be honest.

Create a Sap Sipper but for Bug type moves.

Heck, if you don't want to make a new ability, make Rattled absorb Dark / Bug moves and boost Speed +1

Give it to a Ground type, and you stop Volt-turn teams in their tracks.
