No idea. Maybe. He's still the only one that can pass egg moves to some Pokemons. Chesnaught is only of them, I bred it recently with 3 EMs. Don't remember what he passed down tho.

Considering that Delibird's whole gimmick was rendered moot by giving his signature move to a bunch of other mons, GF could give it a new ability (via evo/ M-evo or by allowing multiple HAs) - something that doesn't wreck its theme.

how about something as stupid gimmicky as:

random stats go up whenever it uses item related moves (switcheroo, bestow, fling, natural gift, recycle, etc)
