I would say two 6ivs, but a 5iv/6iv will also probably net you a penta, sometimes the shiny comes before the 6iv mother.

Okay so last week I hatched a female ralts (adamant gallade build) and jokingly asked if anyone wanted it. I was surprised that many people did even though it was adamant natured. So here's the thing. I only have one of her and many people that want her that I have to actually do a bit of a giveaway. I don't keep track of how many eggs/boxes I go through. I prefer hatching on Route 7 rather than Lumiose. Though it only took a couple of hours to get. 4 or 5, maybe? Nothing. If you're breeding with a foreign parent like you should be, you're just going to have to be patient. Tyrunt hatch slower than most Pokemon, and shinies could easily not show up until 15 boxes. Now go find something to do.

You DO realize that the Masuda Method brings down the rate of any egg being shiny to about 1/1200, right? So even after 6 boxes of hatching, you still only have about a 1/10 chance of any of those eggs being shiny. That's the same that an Ice Beam has to proc Freeze.
