Besides, has there ever been proof her Gen VI design is a Watamote reference? Sure it look kinda like Tomoko, but that's mainly because they both have an exxagerated freaked out expression. Honestly it would be kinda surprising if she was a Tomoko reference, considering that Watamote is really unpopular in Japan and basically only survived because of the western fanbase buying it.
