In the mean time, here are a few things to consider:
*The server files are likely set to read only.
*Sometimes your items/buildings might disappear. Some players have confirmed their bases suffering huge rollbacks.
*Because of this there have also been some minor rollbacks.
- Temporary solution: Store your inventory in well hidden chests before logging out. Do not build anything major.
*There might be an error with Pixelmon's database in the server files.
*This might result in the Pokemon in your Boxes to disappear.
*Your team might also disappear, but that is probably related to a rollback.

Help make up a list, of Bukkit Plugins, Pixelmon Compatible Mods and suggestions for the server, so whenever OP's back he'll be able to do it all asap.
Using Google is not too much to ask in exchange of a Cracked Server with decent capacity and barely any lag.
