or just give him a signature move like chaos blast that's basically a physical dark type fire blast. Would be horribly OP though.

Chaos blast could be a dark, physical, charge up move like solarbeam but with 140 or 150 bp and a 30% flunch rate.
Chaos spear could be a dark spacial rend.
IDK what chaos control could be.

recharge moves like blastburn aren't that great. a charge up move (chaos blast?) could work if it has ungodly bp (like ice burn or freeze shock).
