Most bulky Water types resist or take neutral damage from its coverage aside from Grass Knot which isn't a problem if the Water mon is light. Or you could just run something fast like Weavile, Manectric, Aerodactyl, Jolteon, Noivern or a scarfmon to give it a surprise OHKO.
Prankster mons though drive me up the wall. Had to run Lum Berry on certain Earthquake users to handle Paraswagging Klefkis on Battle Spot. Then there's Sableye which tend to be specially defensive in EVs, so unless your special attacker is powerful enough to 2HKO without any boosts it can just burn and spam Recover, to say nothing of the physical attackers. Sure you could carry a powerful special attacker, a Fire type to take Wisps, Magic Bounce or Prankster Taunt user but sometimes you just don't have room for one on the team. I initially dismissed Mega Sableye but if it gets a decent boost in Special Defense then it's going to be a pain to deal with, though at least it can't priority Recover anymore which is the main thing I hate about it.
