>>20304284How does that make sense? A Primal devolution is said to be beneficial to the Pokemon in that it gains the power that it lost over time. Thus, Groudon and Kyogre had a lot of power in primal Earth but lost it as Earth came to balance. This is just allowing them to regain it.
No other Pokemon can be argued to have lost their power over time. Especially not Dialga and Palkia like I see most people saying they want a primal for them, since time and space never lose their power.
