Friend of mine got a shiny timid noibat [JP] which I believe was 4iv when checked. We assumed someone was Masuda breeding and absolutely determined to get 100% flawless.
UK players are the absolute worst, not once have I had anything off a Britbong that wasn't from route 1 or the forest. Of the yuros, Germans seem to be slightly better than average. Americans are almost always sending shitmons en masse but sometimes you get a spitback. Japanese are most likely to be dumping spitbacks but also throw back trash they've received from Americans rather than just releasing it.
