So /vp/, after 25 eggs, I finally got my 6 IV, sniper Horsea.
Yet I have no absolute idea what is the best way to EV train him, since Kingdra's stats are very balanced, what would you suggest?
Also, I have a few 5 IV Horsea leftovers, if anyone's interested.

Ability capsule to Swift Swim, and then max SpA and around 216ish speed if you're modest. Use Choice Specs with Rain support.

If you seriously insist on using CritDra then just max speed and SpA.
