Hydro Pump will always get a slash in any Greninja set because its the only no-drawback move with over 100+ power it gets.

[Berry + Acrobatics] or [Night Slash + Mystic Water]. Berry set is stronger, but requires more conditions to fill to work at maximum efficiency. The latter is more reliable with no drawback since Water/Dark is self-sufficient neutral coverage now.
All are lategame sweeps, since you can't afford to switch in during the regular match. Special Greninja has both coverage and power on its side, allowing it to take out some threats and Uturn out. You're basically never going to KO anything with its low power physical moves (that all hover around 70/80 base power) even with Protean SE, so is best reserved for lategame.
