If smogon hates an chance-reliant and uncompetitive strategies as much as to ban swagger keys, why is paraflinch still allowed?

Cause Paraflinch has been nerfed this gen.

Plus Swagger and Foul Play is WAY different than Thunder Wave/Body Slam and Air slash

Well, as everyone else mentioned,
1. Electric types can't be paralyzed
2. There's only 2 (although it's arguable if Jirachi is still viable thanks to the Steel nerf) viable Paraflinchers. 3 if we're counting Shamin-Sky, 4 if we're stretching it and counting Dunsparce.
