Deoxys-D and A reach the utmost extremes, if only going by the fact that 230 is the highest non HP base stat we've seen so far, Deoxys-D also reaches the high extreme for Speed but balances out the rest of its stats. And finally, being the "normal" or regular form, Deoxys-N reaches a balance.

I was thinking that each Deoxys would get separate Megas, hence the super heightened stats.

Though yes, if you put all of their highest stats together, you'd have the greatest monster.
