IVs are a twat mechanic for twats.

Anyway, don't let them go. Start a new box in the PC/bank called "champs" or something, and put in there all the 'mons you've used to take on pokémon leagues.

Then you can breed a competitive team without forgetting who your true bros are.

One of my guys on my current VS team is a suboptimal natured Lickilicky who was wild-caught on Victory Road. He still manages to do the job.

It's always good to get a decent nature, but with the exception of speed I'm not convinced IVs are that important. If you want to rebreed for flawless, rebreed, but as long as your guys aren't total shit and depending on what you're actually doing with them, you might not need to.
