Chansey doesn't want to take physical hits, give it Wish and Thunder Wave/Toxic or status move and Seismic Toss if you don't want to run Wish on it. Have you ever seen it's base special attack? No HP Ice, no no no.
Miltank won't take you too far, you have three fighting weaknesses already. Conkeldurr eats your team for breakfast.
Riolu is crap, use Sableye or Klefki.
Ferrothorn doesn't want Iron Defense or Ingrain, give it Stealth Rock, Spikes, Thunder Wave, I don't know, but this is terribly wrong. And it's weak to Fighting too. I'd tell you more problem and give you a few suggestions but I'm lazy and don't want to make a lengthy post.
