What are your favorite pokemon that can learn HMs/TMs vital to game progression (fly, surf, cut, ect.)?
Not just appearance, but stats and move sets.
I want to get these guys well established in my team early so they're not just gathering dust in the back of my team/box until I'm traveling and need them.
