Who is the best? Who is the worst?

I love Vaporeon, Espeon, and Glaceon.

Not a fan of Umbreon (despite loving dark types).

Umbreon is great due to the lovely gift he recieved in 5th gen known as foul play. You can now invest purely in his bulk whilst dealing great damage with a base 100 stab attack whilst using the opponents attack stat against them. The other 3 moves can be wish+protect and toxic/heal bell. You can also replace both wish and protect with moonlight and carry both heal bell and toxic although wish is great as it has higher pp, is unaffected by weather and can be passed to team mates.

What's a good build for Leafeon?

I was thinking of adding one to my team in order to combat the ever-present Rotom-W. Is there a good way to distribute EVs so that it can work in the current world of popular pokemon?

Only viable set in OU is this:
252Atk/Spe 4Hp
Adamant/Jolly
Knock off
Leaf blade
Swords dance
and last slot is filler-
Batton pass/Return/Facade/Heal bell/Synthesis/Qick attack

I bait zards with it since it hase base 130Defense and can take a flare blitz to the face while chorophyl allows it to get rid of y-zard.

I make me teams for doubles, so I was thinking of Leaf Blade, Knock Off/Swords Dance, Iron Tail, and Protect.

Was considering doing 252 atk/Hp, but I'm guessing that's not a good idea? Also, is there a Jolly/Adamant preference, or does either work just fine?
