The mega was probably designed and given stats before the gen 1 +10 stats pass.

While all megas get 100 BST, Alakazam got a plain 10 buff to sp.def. so you could say he gets 100.

Not sure. I thought it was the only Mega to get the +10 BST boost but Ampharos got it too.

it's a mistake. gamefreak accidentally raised alakazams spd 10 points but based it's mega stats off it's gen1-5 stats.
