I want to get back into competitive, but I don't know which tier or format to play in since I've been out of it for so long.

UU, Victini, it gets a ridiculous amount of OHKOs with V-Create even when scarfed. The banded set breaks a ludicrous amount of walls.

I usually play UU, as stall, baton pass cancer and sleep leads, among other shit are less common.

Play UU stall. Cores of bulky pink Pokemon are really hard to break, and piss a lot of people off (stuff like Blissey/Slowbro/Aromatisse/Mew).

OU stall is fun too, but its a wee bit harder now that a lot of people are running Mega Heracross, thanks to Aegislash getting banned. Mega Venusaur is still top-notch in OU, for stall or balanced teams.

Chansey outclasses it in every way, and the powerful physical attackers keep her in check down in UU. Running Blissey in a Pink Core is a bitch to break though, especially with Defensive Aromatisse and CM Slowbro.
