But the reason N thinks the way he does is because Ghetsis purposely left him locked in a room with a bunch of badly abused Pokemon.
Thus he developed the idea that 'house' Pokemon basically have Stockholm syndrome with their trainers and he has to save them all because he doesn't know any better.
