Okay guise, I've been breeding for a HP Ice Electrik for a Mega Manectric and I got this.

I wanted 31 in HP, but this is also HP Ice. Do I really need that extra point in HP?

It's a difference of 1hp at level 50, so you know, if you do redo it you'll get the pleasure of praising your own tenacity all those times when you survive on 1 hit-point from an attack. But how often is that really going to happen, so I'd take it.

If it's timid it should be okay. The only issue with that speed is that you'd be outsped by Mega Pinsir before M-Evolving, and I guess opposing mega mans after evolving.

Also, in VGC the spreads are crazy, so maybe you only need EVs to outspeed threats, like Jolly max speed Garchomp.

If OP goes with that Electrike for a Mega Manectric, it should be like this.

Manectric @ Manectite
Ability: Lightning Rod / Intimidate
Level: 50
EVs: 138 HP / 252 SAtk / 120 Spd
Modest Nature
IVs: 29/3/31/31/31/30
- Volt Switch/Thunderbolt
- Overheat/Flamethrower
- Hidden Power Ice
- Protect

With that, you outspeed Jolly max speed Garchomp by 1 point (170 speed vs. 169 speed). But IIRC, the mega evolution speed boost happens in the turn after mega evolving, so you might as well just protect the first turn if you see a Garchomp.
