Sucker punch does cause 50/50 mind games, and the SD set can sweep an unprepared team, but Sub Heatran destroys that set. The only arguement I could see for a ban, is that the Sub + Focus Punch set beats the counters to it's SD + Sucker Punch set, so if you guess wrong, you could be in a pickle. But even then, Sub Punch set isn't going to be sweeping anyone's team, maybe KOing one mon.
