So with ORAS coming out and following "muh patterns" a second enhanced version of X & Y will come out. This leaves a lot of questions regarding mega evolutions. X2 Y2? Z?

Pokemon ORAS:
>Since mega Blaziken has already been revealed will Blaziken get a new mega in ORAS to make the game seem more fresh (Two versions in total like Charizard).

Pokemon Z:
>Will there be a Mega Charizard Z Fight/Fighting
>Will there be a Z version or mega Blastoise and Venusaur since they were left out.
>Will Zygarde have a new form?

Pokemon X2 and Y2:
>Will they make the game more fresh; instead of adding the same Gen one starters and mega's all over again, will they instead add Gen 2 starters and give them mega evolutions.
>Will we see a mega Typhlosion X and Y version. Fight/Fighting and Fire/Electric (Game freak loves them fire types).
>Will Zygarede have and X & Y form.

In my opinion a X2 Y2 seems to yield more goodies in theory/speculation/possibilities than a Z version.
